General Policy

All payments made to ETVS Global Services Private Limited are for consultancy, documentation, verification, and processing assistance. Visa approval is never guaranteed. Therefore, payments are made for services rendered and not for the final outcome of the visa application.

Refund Eligibility

Standard Applications

  • ✓ Refund request must be submitted within 1 hour of payment.
  • ✓ Request must be sent to: etvsgo@gmail.com
  • ✓ Requests received after 1 hour are not eligible for refund.

Important Note

Refunds are reviewed according to the policy terms. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not automatically guarantee approval.

Urgent / Priority Applications

For urgent, express, or priority visa applications:

  • ❌ No refund will be provided under any condition.
  • ❌ Once payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Visa rejection by embassy or consulate

Delay in processing by embassy or authorities

Client withdraws application after processing starts

Incorrect or incomplete documents provided

Change of travel plans or personal reasons

Refund Processing

  • • Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
  • • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during the transaction.

Final Decision

ETVS Global Services Private Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests based on the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
